Unwanted ex-employee a threat

We recently worked a case involving an ex-employee threat for a very well known client. The case concerned an unwanted previously terminated employee who arrived unexpectedly back at his old place of employment. The company took this as a very serious threat as the individual was extremely unstable.

We were asked to conduct executive protection for the CEO and the facility itself in case the subject decided to return again under his no trespass restrictions. We conducted a 24 hour 14 day week security watch on the individual until his time in court. We attended all court appearances to educate the client on the courts determinations. Our objective was to notify the local police if the individual was to return within a 5 mile radius of the facility or CEO’s home address.
